Who is Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ece Altun?

After graduating from Adnan Menderes University Faculty of Medicine in 2007, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ece Altun worked at Varto Health Center for 1 year. She completed her specialization training at Karadeniz Technical University Department of Dermatology and Venereal Diseases in 2014.

After her specialization, Altun worked at public institutions such as Muş State Hospital and served as a dermatology specialist at Medipol Mega University Hospital between 2018-2024. She received the title of associate professor in 2023.

In line with her interest in aesthetic and cosmetic dermatology, Altun has attended various advanced courses and trainings on procedures such as laser treatments, dermal fillers, and botulinum toxin, further strengthening her expertise in this field. Associate Professor Dr. Ece Altun continues her academic work in the field of dermatology.

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ece Altun graduated from Adnan Menderes University Faculty of Medicine in 2007. After graduation, she worked at Varto Health Center between 2007-2008. She completed her specialist training at Karadeniz Technical University Department of Skin and Venereal Diseases in 2014 and completed her thesis titled “Investigation of HLA-E Gene Polymorphism in Pemphigus Vulgaris Patients”.

After her specialist training, she worked at many health institutions such as Muş State Hospital (2015-2017), Lütfiye Nuri Burak State Hospital (2017), and Medipol Mega University Hospital (2018-2024). She received the title of Associate Professor in 2023.
